Clinical Services and Supplies Assistant – Flexible Shifts Available
Highlands General Practice is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly team! This role plays a key part in ensuring a well-prepared and hygienic environment for our GPs, clinicians, and patients.
About the Role
Reporting to the Nurse Manager and working closely with the nursing team, this position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work that fits around family, study, or retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will help maintain the smooth operation of our general practice by:
- Preparing and restocking consulting rooms daily
- Cleaning and sanitising clinical areas and equipment to maintain high infection control standards
- Managing waste disposal and linen supplies
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Organised, with a strong focus on cleanliness
- A team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable using computers (training provided)
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not essential

Hours & Locations
- Flexible shifts available: Early mornings or from 5:00 PM
- Bowral (BS): 2 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Moss Vale (MV): 2 hours/day, 3 days/week
