Highlands General Practice is an innovative and forward-thinking general practice with locations in Bowral and Moss Vale. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we’re thrilled to offer a part-time (4 days/32hrs per week) opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Our reception team plays a vital role as the face of Highlands General Practice, delivering outstanding service and support to our patients, doctors, nurses, and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming patients and managing appointments.
- Processing payments and handling correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to our doctors and nursing team.
- Liaising with external healthcare providers and government agencies.
About You
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
While experience in a medical or health environment is an advantage, it’s not essential.
