Medical Receptionist – Part Time (4 Days Per Week)
Highlands General Practice is an innovative and forward-thinking medical practice with locations in Bowral and Moss Vale. We’re excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Our reception team plays a vital role as the face of Highlands General Practice, providing exceptional service and support to our patients, doctors, nurses, and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing appointments with warmth and professionalism
- Processing payments and handling correspondence
- Providing administrative support to doctors and nurses
- Liaising with external healthcare providers and government agencies
- Assisting with Medicare billing and general practice administration
- Growing and developing your skills within a busy healthcare environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous customer service experience
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is an advantage, but not essential.
